Paying the Trek / Adventure Activity Fee

The purchase of any travel services offered by Triptoo (hereinafter referred as "triptoo") constitutes a contractual arrangement between Triptoo ("First Party") and Client ("You") ("Second Party"). Both parties are hereinafter referred to as "Parties." Booking of services with Triptoo represents your unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions set out herein. These terms and conditions shall be binding on you and all travel companions booked by you.

Trekking, peak climbing, and mountaineering in the Himalayan region carry inherent risks to life and property. Weather changes rapidly and may cause injury or death, beyond triptoo's control. While we do our best to reduce all risks, accidents or service deficiencies may occur. By booking, you agree to these terms.

Promotions

Pictures used on the website are for marketing purposes only and do not guarantee experiences as depicted.

Fitness Responsibility

Triptoo offers trips with varying difficulty levels. It is your responsibility to assess your fitness and prepare for the trip. Disclose any physical conditions at the time of booking, or risk trip termination without refund. The onus of ensuring physical and mental fitness is yours.

Program Dates

You are solely responsible for verifying correct dates mentioned in the travel documents.

Documents

Present all necessary documents on time. Triptoo is not accountable for delays caused by incomplete trip formalities.

Itinerary

Triptoo reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances. Extra costs arising from such changes must be borne by you.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered for voluntarily leaving the trip or unused services. Refunds for trip cancellations follow our policy and are limited to trip costs paid to triptoo.

Communication

All communication will be done via the email provided at registration. Inform us of any email changes promptly.

Luggage Responsibility

Baggage and personal effects are your responsibility. Triptoo is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.

On-Trip Behaviour

Behave in a manner conducive to group travel. tiptoo reserves the right to terminate your trip for inappropriate behavior without refund.

Amenities

Amenities may differ from home standards due to weather or local conditions. Please be patient and flexible.

Extra Expenses

Expenses like insurance, international airfare, visas, excess baggage charges, and personal costs are not included unless stated.

Awareness

Adventure travel carries inherent risks. By booking, you assume these risks and release triptoo from related liabilities.

In Case of Emergency

All medical and evacuation expenses are your responsibility.

Third Parties

triptoo hires third-party service providers. We are not liable for deficiencies in their services.

Photography Rights

Outside Explorer reserves the right to use photos taken during trips for promotional purposes. Inform us if you have reservations.

Optional Activities

Optional activities are not part of this contract. You release Triptoo from liability for these activities.

Our Itineraries

triptoo ensures accurate descriptions of trip services. However, we are not liable for supplier-related deficiencies.
