Cancellation Policy
Paying the Trek / Tour Fee:
The fee can be paid via online transfer, check deposit, cash deposit, or demand draft. Payment instructions will be forwarded along with your confirmation email. Once the transfer is complete, please email us a confirmation with your transfer details at triptooholidays@gmail.com so we can efficiently follow up on your reservation.
Cancellation Terms:
For cancellations due to avoidable or unavoidable reasons, you must notify triptoo in writing at triptooholidays@gmail.com. Refunds based on the total fare will be processed as follows:
Trip Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date:
- 50% of the total trip cost will be charged
- 50% cash voucher for any future trip valid for one year
- Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the trip start date:
- 70% of the total trip cost will be charged
- 30% cash voucher for the same trip valid for one year
- Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the trip start date:
- 90% of the total trip cost will be charged
- 10% cash voucher for the same trip valid for one year
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip or no-shows:
- 100% of the total trip cost will be charged
- No refund or voucher will be issued
Important Notes:
- Cash vouchers are non-transferable and valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Triptoo reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice.
